Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Renggli. Please find below the terms and conditions that comprise our Shipping Policy. We kindly ask you to take a moment to review them.

Shipment processing time: 

All orders, except pre-orders, are processed within 1-5 business days. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays. 

In case of a high volume of orders, order processing may be delayed. In such a situation, we will inform you via email if there is a significant delay in processing your order. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

We offer shipping rates for:

  • Ground: 3-5 business days
  • 2 Day: 1-3 business days
  • Overnight: 1-2 business days
  • International Express: 1-3 business days

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Insurance:

Renggli takes pride in delivering your items to you. Starting September 5, 2024, every package over $600 is insured while in transit until it is delivered to your address and all orders over $1,000 require a signature upon delivery. Once the package is delivered, we are no longer responsible for your purchase. If your package was not delivered and is insured, please reach out to support@rengglistudio.com for assistance.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes:

We are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

Upon successful order placement, an order confirmation will be provided, detailing the contents and chosen shipping method. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

International Shipping Policy - Customs, Duties and Taxes:

We offer international shipping; however, it is important to acknowledge that Renggli bears no responsibility for customs duties applied to your order. Any fees incurred during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Renggli assumes no liability for products damaged or lost during shipping. In the event of loss or damage caused by the carrier, please reach out to us, and we will initiate a claim on your behalf.
