REFUND POLICY



All pieces that are marked as Final Sale or purchased at a discount, including those purchased using a discount code, are FINAL SALE. They cannot be returned or exchanged.


Items Eligible for Return or Exchange

Most items purchased on rengglistudio.com are eligible for return provided that they are shipped back to Renggli within 14 days of the item's original delivery date in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, free of any scents, stains, or makeup marks. All tags must be affixed and original packaging included. The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:


  • Gift cards

  • Sale items or items purchased with a discount

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

  • Intimates garments


Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of rengglistudio.com. Items that are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basisas described in the "Returns That Arrive Damaged" section below.


Returns That Arrive Damaged - Domestic 


We carefully inspect every return on arrival. If an item is received in damaged condition and the damage is not the result of a manufacturing defect or shipping carrier handling, your return may be subject to one of the following outcomes at our discretion:


  • A damage processing fee. A $30 damage processing fee will be deducted from your refund or merchandise credit to cover the cost of cleaning, repair, and/or responsible disposal. This fee is in addition to the standard return shipping deduction.

  • Return of the item to you. If you'd prefer to receive the item back rather than have the damage processing fee deducted, we can ship it back to you for a $15 shipping fee. We will reach out by email when your return is inspected. Please reply within 5 business days to choose this option. If we don't hear from you, we'll process your refund with the $30 damage processing fee deducted and dispose of your item.

  • Refusal of the return. In cases where damage is significant, or where there is a recurring pattern of returns arriving in damaged condition, Renggli reserves the right to refuse the return and decline the refund. The item may be shipped back to you for a $15 shipping fee, or — if we don't hear from you within 30 days — donated or disposed of.

Domestic Return and Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Center

Returns: Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund has been issued. For domestic returns, we deduct $15 from your refund total to cover the cost of return shipping. Customers will not receive refunds for the cost of shipping their original order to their delivery address. 

If you do not see a refund applied to your original form of payment within 7 business days from processing of your return, we recommend reaching out to your bank or credit card company for further assistance.

Exchanges: Following inspection and acceptance of the item you are exchanging, you will receive confirmation via email that your new item has shipped out. 


International Return and Exchange Process

International returns and exchanges are subject to the same process with the following modifications: 

  • When shipping your original item back, on the Commercial Invoice, please indicate that your package is a return to avoid further taxes and duties. Renggli is not liable for costs owing to a failure to properly indicate a return on the Commercial Invoice. 
  • For international returns, we deduct $50 from your refund total to cover the cost of return shipping.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional duties, taxes, or custom fees for exchanged orders. 
  • Damaged international returns will be handled on a case by case basis at our discretion.


Right of Withdrawal for European Union Consumers
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive physical possession of your items. This right applies unconditionally to all eligible items, including those purchased on sale or during promotional events.

How to Exercise Your Right:
You may choose to exercise your right at any time using our dedicated electronic withdrawal function by clicking our withdrawal form here, or by submitting a clear, unambiguous statement of your decision to cancel to our customer service team.

Refunds and Logistics:
Once you notify us of your withdrawal, we will issue an automated acknowledgment of receipt. Please note that you must bear the direct cost of returning the items. You will need to arrange and pay for tracked return postage through your preferred local postal service or courier to our designated return address.

We will refund the purchase price plus our standard outbound delivery costs within 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice. We reserve the right to withhold this refund until we have received the physical items back or you have provided verifiable proof of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit.

  • Exempt Items: Please note that under EU consumer law, certain items are strictly ineligible for a refund once purchased or opened. This includes custom-made or personalized goods, and sealed products unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons.
  • Item Condition: You are legally liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (similar to how you would inspect an item in a physical shop).
